Queues are long enough like others have said. Staff are always helpful at least.
Bad queue times since the Antrim Road (beside Tescos) branch closed. Queue to the door, 25 minutes waiting to see one of the two bank tellers serving customers. Parking at this branch worse than ever. I can't imagine what the local residents think. Edit: definitely improved over the last week, rating updated.

Fresh and clean in the new store. Lots of staff but still a wait to transact business. Over all very good.
Very modern branch with staff that are willing to help whenever you are having difficulties. Have iPads set up around the branch with chip readers to access your online banking services easily or to set up payments. Has multiple self-service atms allowing easy depositing of cash and also cheques. If self-service atms aren't your thing, then there are plenty of cashiers. Speedy service and helpful staff give it a high rating!

The old me hated the routine visits to the dentist. I was nervous and always embarrassed myself by panicking as soon as she started working on me. My front teeth needed crowned and the temporary tooth that she continually replaced, kept falling out. I was embarrassed to smile openly and it really hindered me when attending meetings and social events. Then last year I found Dermot at Blue Sky. From the very first visit, I have been made to feel welcome, comfortable and calm! I now have 5 new crowns, an implant and I don’t mind saying - a lovely new smile! My new teeth are longer and the before and after pics are staggering! The difference this has made to my confidence is fab. I can openly chat, smile and eat all foods normally. I highly and whole heartedly recommend Dermot and the whole team at Blue Sky dentistry!
Ive been attending blue sky since last year. I received "teeth in a day" proceedure which was done while i was asleep i woke up with my old smile again. I am delighted with the result i can smile again with confidence. All through my treatment i felt no pain whatsoever not even in the day i had the operation done. I would highly recomend blue sky results are fantastic. All staff are friendly and very helpful. I was so glad i found someone who could help me get ME back. A big thank you to Rory and staff

Superbly service.Very welcoming staff.
Had not been to a dentist in a while so was a bit apprehensive. But felt totally at ease from the first moment the staff explained what was needed.

In response to the honourable lady who also reviewed this practice. This is indeed a small practice, with a number of available resources to match the capacity. Considering this, I have found the delivery of services here terrific in the times that I have attended. The GP is helpful in as many ways as possible, and generally cares about the patients that attend his practice. I have had a number of GP's over the years of moving around, and this has been the best one so far. I consider this lucky on my behalf, and most likely the others who also attend. In light of available resource, I am sure that the desk staff feel obliged to help, while at the same time being mindful of over-stretching demand against capacity to deliver, in order to maintain such a high quality of service. Clarity for new patrons wishing to join the practice, could be attained I am sure, by asking the more direct question: "Is it possible to join the practice, (Y/N) and how can I go about it". I am sure at the end of the day, delivery of service from a GP perspective is why we attend in the first place, rather than to subjectively evaluate our interactions with reception staff on a given occasion. Thank you Bradbury, you have been brilliant, please keep this up. T Woods

Dr Colgan is such a lovely man and a fantastic doctor my children love him
I adore Dr Cogan! He's all for the people and would do anything to help someone out, he's a lovely man and makes you feel completely at ease. h's brilliant at what he does! I also think the rest of the staff are incredible even the wee receptionists. Brilliant surgery! Best thing I ever did was switch my GP to them.

Great hospital service! Possibly the most efficient i have been to. Upon arriving at the emergency department I was greeted by a friendly receptionist, then i thought the long wait would begin... it was only about 15 minutes before a triage nurse called my name. Doctors were both nice and professional when speaking to me. Even though i was there for five hours all the staff were very caring and nice and some even up for a good chat. Once they fixed me up with what i needed, they sent me home. Would highly recommend this department if needed!
This is a great hospital more so the fact that they deal with my other half's condition so well and have the top medical knowledge

Free health care can't beat it, food may not be the greatest in the world but can't go wrong with the sandwiches and soup, fresh fruit or a yogurt. Been here too many times and will be here many times more, they do their best to help and most of the time are friendly and welcoming and go above and beyond what is asked of them. There is of course the odd exception.
I had major cancer surgery here recently, which saved my life. Thank you to the consultant who removed my cancerous kidney! The experience, though, was the most traumatic of my life thus far. The pain from severe constipation caused by opioid pain relief was far worse than the pain from the surgery wounds, despite my advising them prior to surgery that I suffer from chronic bowel motility problems which mean I am chronically constipated and have to use osmotic laxatives daily. They left me go through the pain for three days before stopping the opioids or initiating laxative treatment. The food was disgusting, usually dried out and rather tasteless. There is inadequate fresh air in the building and getting a decent sleep at night is nigh on impossible in hospital. Some of the nurses were more Ratchet and less Nightingale, which isn't fair on people who are frightened and in [severe] pain. A little bit more compassion never goes unappreciated!

My wife and I came to Belfast for our anniversary and while looking for somewhere to eat we came across this place. Walking in it looks so small, we were met with a welcoming reception and was more than happy to find us a table, even though we had no booking. We sat and looked through the menu, it all sounded good, I ordered the French Onion soup and homemade bread to start and then chicken, mushroom puree and pine nuts with cottage pie, sounds like a strange combination but look at the picture. All went down great, especially with the cocktails we ordered, espresso martini and a "Jawbreaker" gin. We would totally recommend this place to eat, and eat well.
Visited this restaurant with my boyfriend last Saturday evening. Staff was friendly, attentive and the service was great. I got the Roast Fillet of Hake with Leeks, Celeriac, Horseradish and Crayfish Casserole, which was very tasty. My boyfriend got the 10 Oz Co Antrim Sirloin with Roast Tomato & Peppercorn Cream and Fat Chips also super tasty. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is because we were seated at a high table since they were the only tables available, which personally I find slightly uncomfortable. Definitely worth a visit!

The perfect place for a dinner date in Belfast. The food never disappoints and the staff are absolutely lovely. We visited for my fiancees birthday and even though I only gave them 15 minutes warning they were able to write a beautiful chocolate message onto her dessert and even find some candles. Exceptional service! Just make sure to book well in advance for dinner as it is a small place that fills up fast.
Lovely meal, unique atmosphere, and excellent service. Had the special, a seafood boxy and it was spectacular. My mother had the hake and daughter had the steak... both also excellent. We didn't have a reservation but arrive just after opening and they squeezed us in. Wait staff were friendly and attentive. Highly recommend!

Beautifully paired flavours! The food at Home Restaurant was delicious! They seem to be able to cater to just about any food allergy or dietary requirements which was nice to see. I got the falafel and it was exploding with a variety of flavours all of which complimented each other. The staff there were great and very friendly. Pretty cool vintage decor with various paintings to look at too.
We went here on a recommendation and had a set 3 course menu which was excellent. It was quite busy here throughout the evening and had a nice atmosphere. This was a great first meal out in Belfast.

Kids@BT9 is a wonderful nursery. It was highly recommended by a friend and our two year old has been going since he was seven months old. It is a warm and caring environment with professional and kind staff. It is reassuring to see how well he is looked after and it is wonderful to see how happy and excited he is to run through the nursery gates each morning. He loves going and sometimes doesn’t want to leave at the end of the day! The location is perfect and has safe off road parking for drop off and collection. All of the meals are freshly prepared on site each day. He is constantly learning new things and we are extremely happy with his social and emotional development. We couldn’t be happier with Kids@BT9.
Kids@BT9 is a well managed, friendly and welcoming day nursery. The staff do an excellent job and genuinely care about the welfare of the children they look after - nothing is too much trouble! Interesting and engaging activities are planned relating to a particular monthly topic or theme and are pitched at an appropriate level depending on the age range. The children also get the opportunity to experience 'messy play' with water, sand, paints, crafts etc. and outdoor play is encouraged whenever possible. Music is a popular pastime too with Joe Jingles coming in to run workshops and singing songs being a daily occurrence. The Junior Preschoolers and Preschoolers learn Spanish with two members of staff who are native speakers and this has been a great success. Meals are varied and healthy with good quality meat being bought in from the local butcher and everything being cooked on site. I honestly couldn't recommend Kids@BT9 highly enough. As a parent you only want what is best for your child and this safe, caring and homely environment really does offer the best quality of care.

I WENT TO GLENWOOD IN THE 1980S I HAD MRS STEWART INP1 AND P2 AND MRS MCFARLAND INP3 AND MRS CLARKE P4, THEN MRS PAUL AND MRS MC CALISTER, AND FINALLY MR MITCHELL. AFTER ME MY BROTHERS WENT TOO AND MY COUSINS , MY NIECES AND NEPHEWS AND FINALLY MY 3 KIDS IT WAS AND STILL IS AN EXCELLENT SCHOOL
I went to Glenwood in the mid to late 1950 after graduating from John Whites in Matchett Street. I remember Mr. Harold Wilson (Grade 5), Miss McCauley (Grade 6 -the Scholarship Class). She was offer met by an Royal Air Force Officer after school. All the boys were most impressed to see an Officer in RAF uniform. Mr. David Gamble was the Head Master in John Whites and Mr Bradshaw was the HM in Glenwood. Mr.Stewart (nicknamed "Stewarty") was the Caretaker. After leaving Glenwood I went to the College of Technology (the Tech) on a Scholarship. I lived in 15 Dewey Street.

I have seriously mixed feelings about this school (I left in 2002 so things have definitely changed). I know that I wouldn't have achieved what I did without being driven as hard as we all were here, however, there are things that I really disliked and make me angry as an adult looking back. There was bad bullying at times here, as the conformist attitude was essentially, be good at sport, and act tough. Some teachers were exceptional, others were horrific bullies who revelled in yelling and humiliating when a child didn't understand their subject, which you just couldn't get away with now. High standards were driven, in academia, sport and discipline, which I think was good and set a great platform for later life. What I disliked was the bullying that pervaded the school at that time, both in the playground and in the classroom. When you leave you realise how pathetic a lot of it was from some exceedingly nasty people, boys and teachers. The other positive thing about the school was the opportunities you were given, almost every interest was catered for with clubs and societies, with many teachers giving up a huge amount of time and energy which was amazing. No school is perfect at all, and my time at Inst was very mixed, some good, some bad, and some very very ugly.
